The season for plant propagation

The rainy season is here again. Good season for propagating plants. Due to exessive pruning, the hibiscus is almost 'botak', only a few leaves left. I'm also trying my hand at grafting. I want the hibiscus to be in a sort of 'hibernation' phase (thus the excessive pruning) and progress nicely with the grafted branch. Dunno if I learnt correctly from the RTM1 Sunday TV Programme - Malaysia dalam Taman (is it the title?). I'm quite successful with air-layering with jambu, jasmine and hibiscus. Some people may call air-layering as marcottage, or mossing-off. Some Malaysian called it 'tut'.
Can't wait for colourful flowers blossoming off the hibiscus tree. Urrgh, can't imagine how ugly it could turn out to be.
